At Mandy Marie Events & Production, we help our wedding clients plan beautifully memorable, highly personalized events—because even though your wedding is a priority, planning and coordinating all the details shouldn’t have to be. But if there isn’t someone orchestrating every detail on the robust task list that goes along with bringing your vision to life, it simply won’t come together in a seamless, cohesive way.

We take the lead to negotiate with and manage your vendor team as we orchestrate your vision turning into a reality.Menu Curation & Trial
We assist in creating a well-designed menu and wine presentation that reflects your entertainment style and culture. Together we can revise as needed at the catering trial.Guest Management
We’ll make sure your guests are in-the-know and well-cared for by proofing all stationery, establishing room blocks, booking transportation, and providing day-of concierge assistance with every aspect of their experience.

Our entire team comes together to bring your dream celebration to life
Event Production
We’ll manage the curation and installation of personalized and artfully produced structures (bar, escort displays, flooring, tents, and stage and facades) to complement your overall design plan and create cohesion within your event space.Production Schedules
Our team will coordinate the various puzzle pieces of your celebration (set up, tear down, timing, vendor schedules, etc.) strategically ensuring everything runs according to plan.Event Coordination
