As a luxury wedding planning and full-service event design studio, we intentionally limit our calendar to 8–10 weddings per year—never more than one per weekend—along with a select number of social and corporate events.

While many events are single-day affairs, many of our clients often choose to expand their celebration into a weekend-long experience—welcoming guests with an intimate gathering or to close the weekend with a meaningful farewell. 

Our signature two-day planning framework is designed to prioritize a desire for connection, offering a streamlined approach to add additional event days as needed.

How Our Pricing Works

Our planning and design services are priced as a percentage of your total event budget. This hybrid model — with a flat minimum or % of your overall spend — allows us to deliver elevated, high-touch service tailored to the scale and complexity of your celebration.

We’re always upfront about how pricing is calculated. You’ll see our minimum fee clearly outlined in your proposal and contract, and if your event investment grows to a level where our percentage applies, we’ll communicate the shift in advance. Our priority is ensuring your event — and your experience — exceeds every expectation.

Typical Full Event Investment Ranges:

  • Weddings: $2,500–$5,000 per guest

  • Social Celebrations: $500–$1,500 per guest

  • Corporate Experiences: $500–$2,500 per guest
