    Haley brings incredible attention to detail to the planning and execution of local and destination events. Haley is our timeline queen: she’s second to none at handling all the moving parts of production and our vendor/coordination teams at multi-day load-ins.

PHASE 1 - CONNECTION:

Getting to Know You

Our signature process makes planning enjoyable from the beginning. Our proprietary planning dashboard, planning and design workbook, and other foundational documents provide a strong starting point to produce an event that reflects your personality, entertainment style, and overall vision.

Venue Scouting + Site Tours

We’ll help you determine which city, resort, or tented lawn is perfect for hosting your personalized celebration through scouting and insights for every possible destination, in-person site tours, and budget analysis.

Venue Recommendations

We’ll provide a thoughtfully curated recommendation of creative partners from our local and national network to fit your budget and aesthetic.

Communications & Guest Experience

From proofing stationery, procuring room blocks, booking transportation, and day of concierge-style assistance, your guests will feel thought of and cared for.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN:

Collecting Inspiration + Mood Boards

Your story, history, goals, priorities, preferences, and cultures will inspire a mood board reflecting your aesthetic and entertainment style while considering how each element impacts and supports the guest experience.

Floor Plans + Design Presentation

Begin to visualize how your wedding day will look and feel as we guide you through our detailed presentation featuring color palettes, floor plan renderings, and all design and rental elements.

Investment Estimate

We’ll provide a realistic, itemized budget (including every anticipated detail big to small) so we can discuss the total investment, and make any adjustments before we begin production.

Tabletop + Floral Mock-up

We’ll give you an exclusive sneak peek at your wedding day months in advance by creating a sample tabletop prototype, including florals, linen, china, rentals, and more.

PHASE 3 - LOGISTICS:

Menu Curation + Trial

We assist in creating a well-designed menu and wine (or bar menu) presentation that reflects your entertainment style and culture. Together, we can revise as needed at the catering trial.

Guest + RSVP Management

We’ll make sure your guests are in-the-know and well- cared for by tracking RSVPs, establishing room blocks, booking transportation, and providing day-of concierge assistance with every aspect of their experience.

Vendor Management + Communication

We take the lead with your vendor team to collaborate on your event’s design and execution—this includes anticipating potential challenges, problem-solving, and keeping “every little thing” from making its way onto your plate.

Timelines

We develop a robust weekend and day-of timeline for all vendor teams, families, bridal parties, and our couples. These timelines are packed with minute-by-minute details and allow you to be present in your experience, knowing that the smallest details are accounted for.

PHASE 4 - TRANSFORMATION:

Event Production

We’ll manage the curation and installation of personalized and artfully produced structures (bar, escort displays, flooring, tents, stage, and facades) to complement your overall design plan and create cohesion within your event space.

Production Schedules

Our team will coordinate, manage, and execute the various puzzle pieces of your multi-day celebration (set up, tear down, timing, vendor schedules, etc.), strategically ensuring everything goes to plan.

Event Coordination

Our team is the first onsite and the last to leave. We will support the weekend-long event flow, styling, and coordination so you and your guests can revel, relax, and enjoy.

Your Investment

The average wedding in our portfolio hosts 150 guests and costs $2000 per person—amounting to a total budget of $300K

The fee for our services is 15% of your total event budget.

(Meeting our minimum fee of $30,000, and not including our on-site personnel fee for the staffing of your event days)

Why do we structure our fee in this way?

Simply stated: the greater your total investment, the more details there are to coordinate and the more involved the design and planning process becomes.

To ensure you have the highest level of concierge-style service the Mandy Marie brand is known for, we must allocate resources to ensure you have the proper number of hours and team members dedicated to your event.

  • We will not advocate for increasing your budget—and we won’t suggest making investments beyond what we believe to be necessary to execute the event you desire. Our integrity and reputation are more important to us than that.

  • We will help you create a realistic budget broken down by category, and provide you with options that align with your budget and aesthetic. We will also always inform you if and when your selections might impact your overall budget. (P.S. The most effective way to reduce financial burdens while wedding planning is by limiting your guest list.)

  • Above all, we’re here to reduce your stress and be a resource for you as you plan and host an unforgettable event that aligns with your desires and values.
