Published averages may suggest that an Arizona wedding costs less than a Manhattan wedding, but those figures describe a very different celebration from the one you are planning. At this scale, Arizona is not simply the less expensive option.
A destination wedding in Arizona changes what the investment supports: more space, multiple days, and a wedding experience that keeps guests together. What actually moves the number here is how many events you’re hosting, how many people are at them, and how much infrastructure already exists, from kitchens and power to restrooms and service areas, versus how much needs to be brought in or built from the ground up. In our experience, February, March, and November are the best months for destination weddings in Arizona. Late February, late October, and early November are the sweet spots. The broader outdoor wedding season runs roughly October through May, but the property, sunset time, and specific date matter more on your special day than the month alone.

Arizona plays by different rules. December and January bring cooler days, lower winter light, and fewer weddings competing for the calendar than peak spring and fall.
