Blair & Jacob | Four Seasons Scottsdale

When Blair and Jacob came to us, they were dreaming of blending Southern tradition with a modern West Coast look in the heart of the desert.

We designed their wedding at the Four Seasons Scottsdale, transforming the Fountain Terrace Lawn into a tented dinner party that was equal parts joyful and refined.

Open-air draping, floral-lined walkways, and custom chandeliers set the tone for a vibrant event. We brought in live trees to create a residential feel. The dance floor was surrounded with vibrant florals—and even the DJ booth featured a wallpaper installation that the bride later replicated in her own home.

Blair & Jacob’s beautiful wedding day wasn’t achieved without a bit of careful timeline planning. We had just eight hours to bring the vision to life across three event spaces, each in view as guests arrived. (Some of our weddings have 24-48 hours of setup before guests arrive.) With a detailed production schedule, additional staff, and split crews from the same vendor teams, we executed every layer without compromising even a single detail—and adhered to every noise ordinance and guest obstruction courtesy while we did it.

Chloe & Max | Private Estate, Scottsdale

Chloe and Max were both raised in Scottsdale, but now live in Amsterdam. When planning their wedding a private estate in Scottsdale offered full control over the guest experience and freedom to celebrate late into the night, which was exactly what they wanted with so many people they loved traveling to Scottsdale for their wedding.

They envisioned a long, European-style dinner with waves of food, great wine, and conversation under the stars. The wedding date was timed to a full supermoon, so the moonlit reception would feel as magical as the moment itself.

The guest flow was designed to feel natural. A ceremony at the front of the home led into cocktails in the backyard. From there, guests were guided to a tented dinner, followed by a late-night DJ set and after-party inside the home. Every space felt distinct, yet fully connected—crafted to reflect the couple’s style, values, and love for where they’re from.

The estate’s long, narrow driveway was the perfect setting for a tented dinner, even though many would consider it an unconventional space for 175 guests. With only one way in and out, we had to maximize every inch. Over four days, we ran split shifts to install subflooring, level the slope, and turn the drive into a stunning open-air venue.

We carpeted the flooring to echo the interior of the home, then wrapped the tent in black so the structure disappeared into the night sky. A canopy of 10,000 soft twinkle lights gave a glow without overpowering the moonlight. Custom draping concealed garage doors and kitchen setups, keeping the focus on the scenic view.
